However over the last 25 years we’ve been asked to both upgrade and completely redesign more Staff Rooms than any other other space, and so we are now considered to be experts in Staff Room interiors, as creating a sanctuary away from the central working environment is one of the last places employers often think requires particular attention, and yet in reality these spaces are extremely important to the well being of staff and often serve as the defining factor when weighing up the entire welfare package of employment with a new company.
